SuperCharge operates on a very prompt, flexible returns policy. Obsolete products are replaced immediately with new types. Warranty claims will be properly assessed and resolved on site. Items not needed, whether via customer no show, incorrect delivery, or outlet closure will be processed on site as returns for credit depending on the nature of the original transaction. All scrap batteries will be picked up with delivery of new stock. All scrap batteries will be disposed of in accordance to EPA standards (EPA No. 2207).
All our batteries are specifically designed to meet and even exceed original equipment specifications. This can be gleaned from the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and Reserve Capacity (RC) specification that the products carry.
Our batteries are subjected to various tests as recommended by different international battery standards and as required by the top automotive manufacturers. Among the tests we perform: Capacity Test, High Rate Discharge Test, Charge Acceptance, Endurance Test, Vibration Resistance, Terminal Strength.
Our Philippine manufacturing facilities are accredited by international standards. Our battery manufacturing plant has earned the ISO 9001-2000 certification for the establishment and application of quality management policies for design and manufacture of lead acid batteries. On top of this, our Mould and Machine Fabrication Plant is also ISO 9001 certified, our Lead Recycling Plant is ISO 14001 certified. All Australian products are also tested by the plant to meet the Australian Standard AS2149.
Aside from this, our battery manufacturing plant has been awarded with the TS16949 certification. This is a systems certification that means that our product development system is considered to be more than capable to meet worldwide standards.
